Our LP® SolidStart® engineered wood products — I-Joists, LVL, LSL and Rim Board — are engineered to exacting standards. They are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and, when stored, handled, designed, installed and maintained in accordance with LP’s specifications and applicable code requirements, will perform as reasonably expected of each product.
Should your structure develop problems due to a defect in our specified products, LP will cover all reasonable repair and/or replacement cost. We offer prompt, courteous customer service. Our LP service team is available to answer any questions from you or your builder, and will provide complete product application, installation and warranty information.
