LP® TopNotch® Sub-Flooring is engineered to reduce the likelihood of surface inconsistencies and the need for sanding. Our RainChannel technology creates a system that allows water to drain through notches along the tongue and groove and the panel ends during construction. All LP TopNotch Sub-Flooring products are made with thermal-set resins and waxes that further boost moisture resistance. And our moisture-resistant edge sealant provides yet another layer of protection against the elements. Available in three performance solutions, each with a different combination of strength and moisture resistance levels.
