Our LP® SmartSide® Vented Soffit provides ventilation without the hassle of cutting or installing vents. It has the look of natural cedar, but resists fungal decay and termites with our proprietary SmartGuard® process.
Lets Air In. Keeps Bees Out.
The vented soffit in the Architectural Collection provides 10 square inches of ventilation per linear foot, which is more than is required by most building codes. Yet the precision-cut vents measure only 1/8 inch wide — code minimum — which keeps out insects like hornets and honeybees.
Primed for Beauty
All LP SmartSide soffits are pre-primed and ready to be painted. And we designed the vented soffit of the Architectural Collection to prevent paint build-up from blocking the vents.
