NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 16, 2016) – Becovic Management Group of Indiana recently constructed The Preserve at Willow Springs, an upscale, 90-unit community using LP^® SmartSide^® Trim & Siding.

Becovic Management Group of Indiana owns and manages all the properties it builds. In selecting trim and siding for The Preserve at Willow Springs, a master planned community dedicated to preserving the beauty of nature in suburban Indianapolis, Becovic was looking for long-term dependability. Residents also have a discerning aesthetic eye. The building exteriors feature many different color schemes and textures, including board and batten. “In the past, we’ve had trouble with fiber cement siding that required extensive maintenance about seven years after installation,” says McKnight. “I don’t foresee that happening with LP SmartSide Trim & Siding.”
