Why You Should Hire a Professional Remodeler
National Home Remodeling month is still underway and well-known industry organization the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is helping to promote the benefits of employing a professional remodeler not only this this month, but all year round.
According to the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Census Bureau’s 2011 American Housing Survey (AHS), more than 60 percent of homeowners hire contractors for home improvement projects. HVAC topped the list of remodeling activities for which homeowners most often hired contractors, with 87 percent of the roughly one million owners surveyed citing this as their latest remodel project. 82 percent said they most recently hired a contractor for roofing, and 67 percent undertook a siding remodel.

One benefit of a well-qualified professional remodeler is their experience with the necessary tools and the specialized knowledge needed to carry out a project correctly.
