Check out how the LP WeatherLogic® Air & Water Barrier system contributes to a tighter building envelope and a more resilient home.
Learn the basics for installing LP WeatherLogic® panels to help you get started.
To create a Structural I OSB panel, LP’s innovative manufacturing process combines wood strands oriented in cross-directional layers with waxes and resins for greater cross-panel strength and stiffness. Then, to create LP WeatherLogic® panels, an integrated water-resistive overlay is added, completing an integrated exterior air and water barrier system. Rated for both wall and roof applications, the system eliminates the need for housewrap or roof underlayment (in most cases) while providing the increased capacity of Structural I sheathing.
Don’t just manage moisture—control it with LP WeatherLogic® Air & Water Barrier. Engineered to keep air and water out, the LP WeatherLogic system helps create a more efficient wall cavity once the seams are sealed. The panels provide permeability and allow moisture to dry, providing elevated indoor comfort for years to come.
